RESERVE YOUR PUPPY:

THESE ARE THE STEPS TO TAKE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED
IN ONE OF OUR PUPPIES AND WANT TO RESERVE IT FOR
YOUR OWN:

1.
EMAIL OR CALL TO REQUEST PICTURES/PRICE OF AVAILABLE PUPPIES.

2.  WE WILL EMAIL PICTURES OF AVAILABLE PUPPIES.

3.  IF YOU WANT TO RESERVE ONE OF THE PUPS, CALL OR EMAIL US AND
LET US KNOW WHAT PUPPY YOU WANT TO RESERVE.  WE SELL FIRST
COME, FIRST SERVE.

4.  Then we will email the puppy contract (sample on website contracts page).
On the contract that we email you, you will need to print, read, fill out buyer
name, address, phone, email and sign under buyer signature, then return to
us with the deposit , the deposit is applied to the total price of the puppy
(NON-REFUNDABLE), (NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED, WE ACCEPT
MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS and PAYPAL). THE CONTRACT IS
VOID IF IT IS RETURNED TO US AND IS NOT SIGNED. I will fill out the puppy
information and have a copy for you when the puppy is ready to be picked
up/delivered. The balance is due when the puppy is ready to go home. The
puppy must be paid for in full before leaving our kennel. We need the deposit
in 5 business days. After the 5 days we will no longer hold the puppy without a
deposit.

5.  Then we will email you when we get the deposit/contract.  And make plans
to meet with the puppy, or for you to pick it up.

6.  We will email you an updated picture of your puppy when your puppy is
5
and 7 weeks old
.  Please feel free to email anytime for an update on how your
puppy is growing and progressing, but the only pictures will be emailed out at
the above mentioned ages.

know. WE WILL EMAIL AN INVOICE FOR THE TOTAL. DO NOT JUST SEND
SEND PAYMENT TO OUR EMAIL, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT. The total of the
paypal invoice will be the cost (or the deposit) of the puppy PLUS the additional

3. If you want to pay just the deposit through Paypal, the total would
be the
deposit plus the 3% plus $0.30 cent fee. Then when it comes time to pay the
balance you can pay with cash, money order, or cashier's check when we meet
or you
pick the puppy up.

DO NOT JUST EMAIL US THE DEPOSIT/BALANCE FROM PAYPAL.  WE WILL
EMAIL YOU AN INVOICE.  JUST LET US KNOW YOU WANT TO USE PAYPAL.

Replacement Puppies

What happens if you put a deposit down on a puppy and it develops a health
problem while still at our kennel?  Such as- sickness, heart problems, sight
and hearing problems, testicle concerns in males, hernias, and in the
absolute worst situation death.  We have the puppies vet-checked at 6-8 weeks
of age, at this time if anything is wrong we will notify you immediately and let
you know the problem and what may or maynot happen to the puppy in the
future.

There are a couple of options if this situation should develop.

1.  If any of the above situations occur we will refund the deposit.  This is the
ONLY time the deposit will be refunded.  Under no other circumstances will it
be refunded.

2.  Or we can keep the deposit and you will have the first chance at a puppy
from the next litter.

3.  If you still want the puppy, even though we have informed you of the health
problem, we can work something out a reduced cost.  Although after the puppy
is in your possession we will NOT be held responsible for any vet bills
associated with the noted health problem.  We will have a vet paper signed by
our vet noting and describing the health problem.

This email is intended to inform you of what we will do if something goes
wrong.  It is not to scare you, we are honest from the start and want you to be
aware of our policies.  These situations are rare, but it is important for you (the
buyer) to know your options.  We do everything we can to raise healthy puppies,
but some situations are out of our control.
